Before going full time with my photography studio in 2012, my career for the previous 19 years had been with weekly newspapers. When I first started, we were using black and white film and developing prints in our own darkroom. After that, we switched to color prints at the local one-hour photo lab and eventually got into digital photography. I loved it and still do today!

Photography has been a long-time hobby of mine, and now a career. I love the creative aspect of it that can be achieved with the right camera, lens, light, (a little luck) and computer enhancement.

I consider photography to be a continual learning process. When I'm not working or behind the camera, I enjoy spending time catching up on the latest photography tips and tutorials. I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA), and KelbyOne  (formerly the National Association of Photoshop Professionals). I regularly attend training seminars and conventions to keep up with the latest trends and software/equipment upgrades.

Although I do most of my photography sessions in Tattnall County (Reidsville, Glennville, Collins or Cobbtown), I am also available for location shoots throughout the area. Indoor space is available at my studio in Glennville for those looking for professional photographic backdrops and studio quality lighting. I am only in the studio by appointment but feel free to set up a time to drop in and visit or see some of my sample images. I'd be glad to talk with you about your specific photography needs.

Thank you for stopping by my website!
